Pacquiao Demands For $40 Million To Fight Crawford
Manny Pacquiao wants 40 million dollars – over 30 million euros – if he is to fight Terence Crawford.
Crawford appears set to face Errol Spence this year in a mouth-watering bout and he has said that he would be open to taking on Pacquiao.
“I’m not worried about the fight [against Spence],” Crawford said.
“If it happens, fine. If it doesn’t, I don’t care.
“I’d prefer to fight Manny Pacquiao over Shawn Porter.”
Pacquiao himself seems open to the idea, but not for any price.
“We told Bob [Arum] that I’d have to receive 40 million dollars, and Crawford 10 million dollars,” he said to Philippine newspaper The Daily Tribune.
“I’ll fight anyone. You know me. I don’t shy away from any challenge.”
