The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs. Toke Benson-Awoyinka continues to make strategic strides in positioning Lagos as Africa’s foremost tourism and creative hub.

On Tuesday, 27th January 2026, the Commissioner held a high-level meeting with the Vice President for Growth and Partnerships, Rolling Stone Africa, Mrs. Itohan Barlow-Ndukuba, and the Chief Executive Officer of Glam Brand Agency, Mrs. Bola Balogun.

The meeting focused on advancing cultural storytelling, deepening diaspora engagement, and exploring global partnership opportunities that would elevate Lagos’ creative and tourism sectors.

The engagement forms part of the State Government’s deliberate efforts to boost tourism, amplify Lagos’ rich cultural heritage, and expand its global cultural footprint.
