APC Primaries: Primate Ayodele Sends Strong Warning To Tinubu, Sanwo-Olu, Obasa, Other Party Leaders

Ahead of tomorrow (Saturday) All Progressives Congress (APC) primaries for Councillorship and Chairmanship aspirants in Lagos State, the Servant of the INRI Evangelical Spiritual Church, Oko Afa, Isolo, Lagos, Primate Elijah Babatunde Ayodele, has sent strong warning to the leadership and members of the party, Worldtopnewsng reports.

Primate Ayodele in an exclusive interview with worldtopnewsng also advised the party members to eschew violence and embrace peaceful process of selecting their representatives.

Primate Ayodele in his message advised National Leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the State Governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Speakers of the House of Representatives and Lagos State House of Assembly, Femi Gbajabiamila and Mudashiru Obasa and other major stakeholders to make sure they reach out to aggrieved members before tomorrow to ensure peace in the state after the primaries.

“I will advise Tinubu, the governor, Gbajabiamila, Obasa and other APC leaders to meet aggrieved members and reach consensus on candidates.”

“And to the party members, they must avoid violence, election is not a do or die affair, Nobody’s ambition is worth the blood of any Nigerian.”

“What we want is peace, we are already in prayer for good people of Lagos State, if there’s violence, that might affect passersby. If consensus not reached, there might be bloodshed tomorrow.”
