Khabib Nurmagomedov has defeated Conor McGregor in the fourth round of their eagerly anticipated lightweight title fight before vaulting over the Octagon to attack his rival’s corner.
One of Khabib’s team meanwhile entered the Octagon and attacked a still dazed McGregor, before police and security guards intervened.
McGregor was immediately hurried out of the T-Mobile Arena, with Dana White deciding to cancel the traditional post-fight ceremony.
Khabib was then given a police cordon out of the Arena, as Irish fans threw drinks at the lightweight champion and attempted to reach him.
The undefeated Russian dominated the fight and secured a submission victory in the fourth round of the contest, billed as the biggest event in the history of the UFC.
