Real Madrid Name Luka Doncic, Carlos Sainz As Honorary Members

Real Madrid have named both Luka Doncic and Carlos Sainz as honorary members.

The Board of Directors held a meeting on Tuesday in which Florentino Perez took the decision to grant them the highest distinction available.

In doing so, the club are showing public recognition of the incredible careers enjoyed by both, who have each shown a love for Real Madrid.

The Dallas Mavericks star, who is currently one of the best players in the NBA, tries to not miss a Real Madrid game, despite the time difference.

He joined Real Madrid as a 13 year old and came through the club.

Sainz, meanwhile, has often attended games at the Estadio Santiago Bernabeu.

He is a legend in his field, winning the World Rally Championship on two occasions, and is one of Spain’s greatest ever athletes.
