Nigeria Confirms Less Than 20 New COVID-19 Infections, No Fatalities Recorded

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 17 new Coronavirus infections, Worldtopnewsng.com reports.

In an official tweet by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 166,534 confirmed cases of the deadly virus as at Tuesday night with no fatality recorded in the last 24 hours.

Lagos, the epicentre of the pandemic, lead the way with 8 new infections from the 17 fresh cases added on Tuesday.

As at 23:51 on Tuesday, had recorded 159,935 recoveries and a total of 2,099 fatalities so far.
