NBA Confirm Gruelling Schedule
The NBA has announced its schedule for the second part of the regular season.
As expected due to the games postponed because of COVID-19, there will be an even more congested schedule for teams.
The goal remains to be that all teams play each of their 72 scheduled games, but the NBA are now aware that not all 30 teams will hit that number, due to the limited flexibility brought on by the Olympics, which begin on July 23.
The second half of the season begins on March 10, and the regular season ends on Sunday, May 16.
Between May 18 and 21 the playoff places will be decided, ahead of their beginning on May 22.
The San Antonio Spurs and the Memphis Grizzlies have the most complicated schedules, having to play 40 games in just 68 days and have to play on consecutive nights on 11 occasions.
