Mesut Ozil’s time at Arsenal appears to be nearing its end and a move to Major League Soccer looks on the cards this winter.
The German has been on the periphery in London since Mikel Arteta took over, and has even found himself excluded from the Gunners’ registered squad.
According to Football London, MLS side DC United are hoping to land the 32-year-old, who hasn’t played since last March.
Ozil is currently training away from his teammates at Arsenal, and is open to offers.
DC United have a history of signing big name Premier League players, having brought Wayne Rooney to the United States in 2018.
