Ishawo Killing: We’ll Arrest Perpetrators – Zone 2 Spokesperson, Badmos
The spokesperson of the Nigeria Police Force (NPF) Zone 2 division, SP Dolapo Badmos has pledge that culprits of Ishawo killings would be captured.
Dolapo made this known during a interview titled: ‘Assault On Lagos By Militants’ on African Independent Television (AIT) monitored by our reporter that the culprits laid snare for the killing officers.
She said leadership of the NPF has send sympathies to the families of killed officers who lost their lives.
“The incident is unfortunate, the leadership of the force has felt for the families of the killed officers”.
“The culprits of this incident would be captured. At the point when the AIG went to Ishawo we saw where their foots strolled pass.
“Our men pursued them into the creek, they were trapped when they were returning. In the event that you see the conduit connecting Ishawo, Arepo, and Agbowa that is their cave.
She communicated further that the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge of the Zone, AIG Adamu Ibrahim would meet Commissioners of Police in Lagos and Ogun states to systems on security issues.
“AIG will meet both commissioner of police in the Zone to ensure this incident does not happen once more”.
Dolapo said Governor of Lagos State, Mr Akinwunmi Ambode and his Ogun counterpart, Ibikunle Amosun has sufficiently demonstrated support to end the executing.
