HRA Annual Ramadhan Lecture: Hon. Ajala Joins MUAIF Gathering
The annual Ramadan lecture hosted by the Chairman, Odiolowo-Ojuwoye Local Council Development Area (LCDA), Hon Rasaq Olusola Ajala, began today as the council boss joined its first programme.
The event took place at 1, Imoru Street, Idioro. Mushin, Lagos.
Yesterday’s program was hosted by Mulikat Ajala Islamic Foundation (MUAIF).
The Chief Missioner of the Association, Imam Alaago, delivered a lecture on: “Love For The Wordly Things“
Imam Alaago told the gathering that it is important that a good Muslim must not love worldly things than their hereafter.
He noted that having the love of God at heart will move people away from sins.
“Having love for worldly things is good but having the love for worldly things than God leads one to lots of sins,” he said.
He eulogized Hon. Ajala for organizing the programme annually.
Imam Alaago encouraged the gathering to shun anything that will lead to sins, especially in this holy month of Ramadan.
At the event were the Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Odiolowo-Ojuwoye LCDA, Hon. Ismail Babatunde Kazeem (TUNKAZ), HRA Chairman, Hon. Rasheed Bankole, wife of the Chairman, Mrs Muhibat Omokehinde Ajala, Hon. Rasheed Lawal (Kowope), Hon. Haruna Adeosun, party leaders, members, and members of the community.
