Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, statements on insecurity in Nigeria and the option of negation with terrorists to secure the release of abducted Chibok girls.
el-Rufai who was a member of the opposition party made the statement at a public event during former President Goodluck Jonathan administration.

Now, the same El-Rufai insisted on not negotiating with terrorists to secure the release of kidnapped students.
