Chelsea earned a crucial three points in their push for a Champions League spot at the Cardiff City Stadium thanks to two late goals, one of which was shrouded in controversy.
Maurizio Sarri‘s side controlled possession for most of the first-half but it finished up goalless at the interval without any real intent from either side.
The second-half sprung to life straight away with the hosts taking the lead less than one minute into proceedings thanks to Victor Camarasa‘s volley.
With just five minutes left, Spanish fullback Cesar Azpilicueta headed home an equaliser from a clearly offside position but the goal stood and Chelseawere back in the game.
In added time, substitute Ruben Loftus-Cheek headed home the winner to give the Blues all three points in the Welsh capital.
