Agege Councillors Emerge Secretary-General, Lagos West Chair At Councillors Forum
Agege Councillors, Hon. Alliu Najeem Olohuntoyin has emerged the Chairman, Lagos West Senatorial District, while Hon. Wale Fayemi emerged Secretary-General of Lagos State Councillors Forum.
It is noteworthy the fact that Hon. Najeem and Hon. Fayemi are both political sons of the erudite Speaker of Lagos State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Mudashiru Obasa and have since been showcasing classical legislative prowess since the assumption of office from their first tenure and now.
Having these leadership positions in the Lagos State Councillors Forum is a sign that these two Councillors indicates that Agege is well recognised in all sphere of governance of Lagos State.
Recall that Hon. Najeem Olohuntoyin is the councillor representing Ward D, Agege Local Government area and Leader of Agege LG Legislative Arm, while Hon. Wale Fayemi is the councillor representing Ward E, Orile Agege LCDA and doubles as the Leader of Orile-Agege Local Council Development Area LCDA.
