UEFA Nations League: Fixtures, Standings And Implications

Spread the love

We are now into round four of the UEFA Nations League.

Italy, who haven’t started the competition at all well and still couldn’t put together a victory in a friendly against Ukraine in a 1-1 draw, play an all-or-nothing tie in Poland.

A loss could see the Azzurri staring down the barrel.

Meanwhile, Spain could reach the final stage if they beat England, while Icelandwelcome Switzerland, who will be buoyed after their performance against World Cup winners France.

Germany who are going through something of a crisis after a crushing 3-0 loss to their bitter Dutch rivals, must now face a sparkling French side under all kinds of pressure.

Die Mannschaft are very much exposed to threat of an unthinkable relegation.
