As the date for Osun West Senatorial District by-election has announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) is getting closer, the politics in the state is getting interesting everyday by day.

Worldtopnewsng.com, can authoritatively revealed that lots of drama happened in the state on Saturday, 10th June, 2017 when the party’s National Screening Committee led by Speaker of the Zamfara State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Sanusi Garba Rikiji stormed Osun for the screening exercise.

An impeccable source revealed to worldtopnewsng.com that the All Progressives Congress (APC) Secretary in the state was bias when welcoming the committee by saying that Otunba Ademola,  the younger brother to the late Senator Isiaka Adeleke who died on Sunday, 23rd April, 2017,  is not a card carrying member of the party.

Another interesting part of the scenario was that about four aspirants reportedly stepped down for the former National Assembly member, Senator Mudasiru Oyetunde Hussein before the Committees arrival at the venue.

The source further revealed to worldtopnewsng.com that the screening Committee had to disqualify Hussein from the race for not resigning his current position as serving Commissioner in the state.

The source stated further that part of the plot by the party to checkmate Otunba Adeleke Morufu Ademola was it’s refusal to give him form.

Investigation by worldtopnewsng.com shows that he (Ademola) obtain his form from Abuja in order for him to contest for the party ticket.

Speaking with top party Chieftain in the state who didn’t want his name mentioned, categorically disclosed to worldtopnewsng.com that even if Otunba Ademola contested under the platform of zero party he will surely win the seat.

“Even if our party leaders refused to give him (Ademola) the ticket, whichever party he contested from he will surely win landslide”

“My take on the matter is that we need to compensate Adeleke’s dynasty for their contributions towards re-election of Ogbeni Rauf Adesoji Aregbesola and over the death of their beloved son (Isiaka) may his soul rest in peace.

Another source who spoke with worldtopnewsng.com on the behalf of Hussein said they are going to appeal the party’s decision so that he can contest for the ticket.

His words: “some cabals are trying to interfere in the affairs of our politics in the state. We are going to appeal so that he (Hussein) can contest for the party ticket”, the source said.

A top chieftain of the party at the National level revealed to one of our correspondent that it will dealt mercilessly with the state chapter for supporting the candidature of Labour Party (LP) candidate, Chief Olusola Oke in the last governorship election in Ondo State.
