Recession: NASFAT Women Urged To Be Efficient In Resources Management

The Women”s Wing of Nasrul Lahi l Fatih Society NASFAT drawn from 14 zones of the society including the United Kingdom and United States of America rose from a three day 2nd zonal Biennial Conference in Aramoko Ekiti last weekend resolving to further support their husbands by being efficient managers of the resources at.home front particularly I during the recession period.
In her keynote address at the conference the National Women Affairs Secretary of NASFAT Alh Samiat Mumuni charged the women to be prudent in their spending especially during the . present economic recession. Speaking further Alh Mumuni, a retired director in the Lagos State Civil Service ,emphasized that women are the sole administrators of the home and must therefore be creative and diligent to ensure that the family routine is not duly disrupted nor suffer because of down turn in the economy.
Earlier the Chief host at the event  Alh Monsurat Aladejana, the  Zonal Secretary  NASFAT. Ekiti zone in her welcome address expressed her immense gratitude to all the participants, NASFAT leadership.led by Engr Kameel Yomi Bolarinwa as well as Ekiti State Government for their various roles towards the success  of the event.
In her goodwill message ,the special guest at the  event, wife of Ekiti State Governor, Mrs Feyisetan Fayose represented by the wife of the deputy Governor, Mrs Janet  Olusol commended the initiative of the leadership of NASFAT women and advised women to be supportive of home front and be prayerful adding that recession will soon become a thing of the past.
Highlight of the conference included a walk exercise during which the women visited His Royal Majesty Oba Abdul Azeez Adegoke Olu Adeyemi, the Arugbajoye  2 , the Alara of Aramoko Kingdom. The traditional ruler commended NASFAT for her efforts  the development of education making reference to Fountain University Osogbo. He however charged the women to lay greater emphasis on skill acquisition as well as ensuring truthfulness in their day to day transactions.
Other dignitaries at the event included the Secretary to Ekiti State Government Dr Mrs Modupe Alade,  the special adviser to Ekiti State on Religious Matters Mr Seyi  Olu Sola among others.
 A total of 560 women attended The 2nd NASFAT Ekiti  Zonal  Women Conference
