Choupo-Moting Misses Cameroon Call-up After Administrative Error

Cameroon will be without one of their key players to face Cape Verde and Rwanda after a mistake in the process of sending their call-ups.

Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting is among the first names to be included in Toni Conceicao’s squad, but an administrative error has left him out.

According to Bild, the Bayern Munich forward never received the call-up email as the Cameroon FA sent the invitation to themselves.

The slip-up could cost the team dearly as they take part in the qualification stage for the Africa Cup of Nations.
