Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has confirmed 436 new cases of COVID-19 on Sunday.
In an official tweet by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 20, 244 confirmed cases of the deadly virus as at Sunday.
Lagos state lead the way with a whopping 169 cases from the 436 new cases added on Sunday.
As at 23:33 on Sunday, Nigeria had recorded 6, 879 recoveries and a total of 518 dead cases so far.
