Just In! 2 Kids, 9 Others Killed In Bole-Bamboi Highway Crash

Eleven people including two children have been confirmed dead after a minibus they were traveling in crashed into a stationary vehicle at Dikpa on the Bole-Bamboi Highway, Northern region of Ghana.

Seven others are also receiving treatment at the Bole Government Hospital after suffering varying degrees of injury.

Eight persons were initially rushed to the hospital, but one person died from injuries sustained from the crash.

The incident according to the Bole District Police Commander, ASP David Azuma, occurred at dawn on Sunday and the police are still investigating the incident to ascertain the cause of the accident.
