With his World Cup over, Eden Hazard’s potential move to Real Madrid is set to become the subject of intense speculation in the coming days and weeks, although Brian Laudrup believes it is a done deal.
According to the Dane, he spoke to Hazard recently and was informed of the winger’s imminent transfer out of Chelsea.
“I spoke to Hazard a few days ago, he is preparing for a move to Madrid,” said Laudrup to Croatian newspaper Sportske Novosti.
“It is a good move both for him and for Real.
“Again in Russia, he proved how good he is.”
On Real’s other reported targets, Laudrup thought it possible that one of Kylian Mbappe or Neymar sign for Los Blancos.
“I think it is possible that Mbappe or Neymar sign for Real,” added the 49-year-old.
“But I cannot talk about that.”
