Edo Assembly Speaker, Onobun Mourns Death Of Joseph Aikhomu

The Speaker, Edo State House of Assembly, Rt. Hon. Amb Marcus Onobun  has described the death of Rear Admiral Joseph Aikhomu (rtd) as a collosal loss to the Edo State and Nigeria.

In a statement, through his Media Assistant, Amb. Michael Ayemere, the Speaker noted that he received the news of the demise of Rear Admiral Joseph Aikhomu as a collosal loss to Edo State with great shock.

According to him, only time will heal the wound created by the death of the Edo son who had distinguished himself through diligence, brilliance and skillfulness in maritime security.

The speaker prayed God to grant the family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss and may his soul rest in peace.
