Argentina, Brazil Could Be Invited To Play In UEFA Nations League

While FIFA are working on their proposal to have a World Cup every two years, UEFA are busy preparing an expansion of the Nations League.
Aleksander Ceferin’s UEFA will extend an invitation to the Brazilian and Argentinian international teams to take part in the next edition of the competition.
According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, UEFA want to organise a Global Nations League with invitees from other confederations.
Strong relationship
The idea comes from the strong relationship between UEFA and CONMEBOL, led by Alejando Dominguez.
That has already brought about a friendly between Argentina and Italy, as champions of the Copa America and European Championships, which is due to take place in June 2022.
