Ancelotti’s Commitment: I Would Stay At Real Madrid For The Rest Of My Life

Carlo Ancelotti is still very clear about his future which is being talked about daily by fans, reporters and pundits.

The Real Madrid coach could be leaving the club at the end of the season with a number of high-profile jobs potentially available and more importantly, a number of high-profile managers available.

“I want to stay at Real Madrid. I’m happy. I have said many times that I would stay at Real Madrid for the rest of my life,” Ancelotti assures.

And no matter how much is said or even if it is the players of the Brazilian national team or the president of the CBF who speaks, nothing has changed and everyone who has approached and asked the coach, has obtained the same answer.

Neither Ancelotti has committed himself to the Brazilian national team, nor have the directors of the Madrid club made any decision about the team’s bench, beyond the existence of a contract that binds the two parties until June 30 2024.

That Brazil want Ancelotti is something public and notorious, something that has even been acknowledged by Ednaldo Rodrigues, president of the CBF, whose interest has been conveyed to the Real Madrid coach through Kaka.

At this point, the CBF is willing to wait for the decision of the club regarding the future of the bench. It is a perfect scenario for Ancelotti, who wants to stay at Real Madrid, but who, in the event of a goodbye, has the five-time world champions as his idyllic destination.

As the season progresses, the Italian coach is involved in all the meetings about the future of the Madrid club. In no case has he asked for any revolution to continue in the job. The last thing Ancelotti would do would be to put pressure on Real Madrid to shape the remaining year of his contract.
