COVID-19 Second Wave: Group Storms Benin GRA, Ugbor, Others On Awareness Campaign

A Non-Governmental Organisation (NGO), Concerned Citizens of Edo State, has sensitized Edo residents to adhere to safety protocols to check the spread of the second wave of coronavirus (COVID-19).

The group visited major streets in Government Reservation Area (GRA), and environs in Benin City, on an awareness campaign.

The areas covered during the exercise include Ihama Road, Aideyan Street, Ugbor, Sapele Road and Airport Road.

The team distributed Information, Communication and Education materials to pedestrians and traders on the major streets, urging them to obey government’s directive to halt the spread of the virus.
