Spread the love

“As the Ramadan 2021 ends following the citing of the new moon, which marks the beginning of another Islamic calendar month; I, Alhaji Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi, Chairman of Agege Local Government hereby congratulate Muslims around the globe for the successful Ramadan fasting.

“I therefore implore residents, business owners and stakeholders in Agege community to continue with the spirit of helping one another, exercise patience, love each other and be of good conducts always in accordance with the doctrines of the Holy Qur’an and the Hadith of Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon Him).

“Let me use this medium to remind members of Agege community to always take into cognisance the need for Agege to remain safe from covid-19 pandemic that is still ravaging the world.

“I therefore enjoin Agege residents to adhere to the preventive measures and protocol during and after the festival for our entire community to remain safe from the pandemic.

“I also advise everyone to be law abiding citizens and shun acts capable of upsetting peace and harmony in the area as security agents are on ground to ensure that the entire Agege Local Government area is free of crime during the festive period and beyond.”

Happy Eid-el-Fitr to all Muslims.

Signed:

Alhaji Ganiyu Kola Egunjobi
Executive Chairman
