Juventus Keeps The Pressure On Leader AC Milan

Juventus kept their Serie A title hopes alive somewhat with a 2-0 win over Sampdoria at the Stadio Luigi Ferraris on Saturday.

The visitors opened the scoring midway through the first half when Alvaro Morata and Cristiano Ronaldo combined to set up Federico Chiesa.

Ronaldo was again involved in Juve’s second goal at the end of the second half, playing through Juan Cuadrado, who squared the ball for Aaron Ramsey to tap into an open net.

Andrea Pirlo’s defending champions cut the gap to Serie A leaders AC Milan to seven points after the Rossoneri beat Bologna earlier on Saturday.
