Halle Berry has wowed fans once again with how good she looks considering the actress is now 56 years of age.
She shared an Instagram post where she was topless in front of a steamed up bathroom mirror and along with her other posts, many just can’t believe how she has managed to maintain her figure.
It only takes a short look at her Instagram account to see how the actress has managed to stay in shape. She regularly shares videos of her workouts so that her fans can see what exercises help her look the way she does.
She recently shared a workout video and captioned it with: “This wrist weight workout kicked my butt!! This circuit is just four simple exercises, but if you do high reps and at least five sets, it’s a fat-burning cardio blast!”
She is clearly very interested in health and fitness rather than just being blessed with a youthful figure. Berry starred in films such as X-Men, Swordfish, Catwoman and Die Another Day, along with a host of other productions.
