Giannis Antetokounmpo Led The Bucks To A Smashing Win Against Orlando Magic

Giannis Antetokounmpo has been on fire for the Milwaukee Bucks lately, he did it tonight once more against the Orlando Magic. The Milwaukee team were crowned NBA champions last season with a spectacular Giannis in the finals against Phoenix Suns. But this season started slow both for the ‘Greek Freak’ and the team. They were facing one of the least dangerous teams of the league this season with Magic coming at a ghastly 4-12 record. This was the perfect night for Giannis to put up a show and possibly do something monstrous.

By the time the game was pushing towards the fourth quarter, Giannis was already 20+ points and an impressive 19 rebounds. Coach Mike Budenholzer decided to rest Giannis and play brother Thanasis during several minutes of the fourth quarter. It was reserves time for the Bucks but the Magic got a little closer in the scoreboard. Giannis had to step in for the kill, the final minutes granted him a chance to end his game with 32 oints, 5 assists and 20 rebounds! The ‘Greek Freak’ put up another basketball clinic to give the Bucks their third consecutive win for the first time this season.

What’s next for Bucks and Magic?

After a full day’s worth of rest, the Milwaukee Bucks will have a replay against the Magic on Monday at the same venue. Fiserv Forum will open its doors once again to see what Giannis Antetokounmpo can do with this momentum. The last NBA Finals’ MVP is finally starting to get that same rhythm that brought his teammates all the way to the championship last season. Question is if he’ll be able to keep it for the remains of the current season. Granted, they faced a more accessible team today and Milwaukee doesn’t really have a great record so far (9-8).
