COVID-19 Cases In Nigeria Surpass 40, 000+; 858 Deaths

Nigeria Centre for Disease Control, NCDC, has recorded 555 new cases of novel coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19), worldtopnewsng.com can confirm.

In an official tweet by the NCDC, Nigeria now has 40, 532 confirmed cases of the deadly virus as at Sunday.

Lagos State lead the way with a whopping 156 cases from the 555 new cases added on Sunday.

As at 22:48 on Sunday, Nigeria had recorded 17, 374 recoveries and a total of 856 dead cases so far.
