Conservative British Think Thank Wants Prince Harry Be ‘Deported’ From The US
A UK conservative think tank, The Heritage Foundation, has filed a lawsuit against the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) to access Prince Harry’s immigration records.
The think tank is looking to find out if Prince Harry lied about his drug use while immigrating to the United States. The Heritage Foundation argues that these documents are of public interest.
To immigrate to the United States, Prince Harry would have had to disclose any prior drug use during the immigration paperwork process. However, he did not mention his drug use on official documents but admitted to it during an interview in 2020.
Prince Harry mentioned his recreational use of substances like cannabis, mushrooms, and even hard drugs like cocaine.
Prince Harry could face deportation
Lying on such documents carries the penalty of deportation. However, it appears that Prince Harry is shielded from deportation by the administration of President Joe Biden.

In the past, US Ambassador to the UK Jane Hartley mentioned on Sky News that as long as Biden is president, Harry will not be deported.
District Judge Carl Nichols is assigned to the case and will determine if the DHS is required to release the documents regarding Prince Harry’s visa application process.

Additionally, if Donald Trump wins the presidency again, he has previously stated that he would be open to deporting Harry if it is proven that he lied in his declaration.
