Edo State Speaker Congratulates Obaseki On His Recent Victory At The Court of Appeal In Abuja
...Says the victory was well deserved and commends Governor Obaseki's style of leadership
Rt. Hon. Amb Marcus Onobun, the Speaker of the Edo State House of Assembly, has congratulated the Governor of the state, His Excellency, Godwin Nogheghase Obaseki, on his victory at the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
In a message through his Media Assistant Amb. Ayemere Michael, Hon. Onobun showered praises on the State Chief Executive and prayed that his era as Governor brings forth good tidings for the people.
“Your Excellency, I congratulate you on your historic victory at the Court of Appeal in Abuja on Thursday. The victory as it were is coming on the heels of your chain of achievements in administering the affairs of the acclaimed Heartbeat state of the nation.
“In a little more than four years that you assumed office as Governor you have steered the ship of the state in such a way that the people are applauding your every move even as the godfathers continue to gloat over nothing.
“Your achievements thus far are signposts of better things ahead for Edo people. We have never had it so good.”
Going further, Hon.Onobun said: “Your cordial relationship with us in the House of Assembly is worthy of praise. Your style of operation whereby you give the legislature complete free hand to carry out their constitutional duties is worthy of mention.”
