2023: Sanusi Flags Off Yahaya Bello Presidential Campaign In Lagos

The immediate past Special Adviser to the Governor of Kogi State on Special Duties, Sanusi Abdullah, has stormed Lagos for the flagging off of the 2023 presidential campaign for Yahaya Bello.
Sanusi on Thursday, March 25, 2021, held separate meetings with leaders of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at Suru Express Hotel, GRA, Ikeja, Lagos.
Addressing journalists after the meetings, Sanusi empathized on no going back on Yahaya Bello’s presidential ambition. “What you see here is the flagging off of the lion king campaign in Lagos, no going back on Governor Yahaya Bello as Nigeria president come 2023,” he said.

He explained further that: “We have started meetings with all stakeholders specifically APC leaders across the country.”
The APC chieftains at the meeting assured Sanusi of their support and threw weight behind Yahaya Bello as the party candidate ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
Sanusi similarly held another meeting with Yahaya Bello South-west Solidarity Forum where he discussed what the governor has in line for the country.
“Thank you all for welcoming us here today, we are thank you all for your ultimate support, as you know, Yahaya Bello is a performing governor, he’s the best governor in terms of security in the country, he has been doing fantastic jobs in other sectors as well.
“Yahaya will compliment President Buhari administration already laid structure. We’ll continue on massive infrastructure development, agriculture, education, security among others.”
“Governor Yahaya Bello is a youth, this is a youth-friendly governor, about 40% of his cabinet comprising of youth.”
