Nigeria Records 66 New COVID-19 Infections, Lowest Since Start Of Pandemic

Nigeria Centre for Diseases Control (NCDC) has recorded 66 new cases of Coronavirus (COVID-19) infections in Nigeria.

NCDC disclosed this on Friday, April 2, adding that Enugu was seen with the highest number of infected cases, which is, 18, while Lagos recorded 17.

In its record, the national public health institute showed that Kaduna has a record of 10, Rivers, Akwa Ibom 6, while Kano and Osun recorded 1 each.

Jigawa, Plateau and FCT accounted for 1 respectively.

NCDC through this record showed that the country has summed up to a total number of 163,063 confirmed cases.

The total number of discharged cases was also recorded to be 151,835, while total number of death remained up to be 2,058, revealing that no life was lost.
