Ahmadiyya Holds 65th Annual Islamic Conference

The annual Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Nigeria 65th Islamic Conference, Jalsa Salana will hold from 22nd December to 24th December, 2017 at the Jamia Ahmadiyya Complex in Ilaro Owode road, Ogun state, Southwest Nigeria.

The Theme of this year conference is Social, Political and Economic Emancipation Through Moral Reorientation.

According to the programme of events, Special prayers for Nigeria, lectures on the theme of the conference including-Islamic Concept of Morality to be delivered by Dr. Saheed Timehin, National Tabligh Secretary Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at, Nigeria, Obedience: A Major Key to Success to be facilitated by Muallim Abdul Qahhar Olowonmi and Humility as A Recipe for Purification of Heart to be conducted by Maulvi Mubarak Bello Sahib

Other features of the events are Tabligh Seminar on Evolving New Tabligh Strategies will be coordinated by Murabbi Taoheed Ola. Shoboyede, while the interactive session on Training New Converts comes up and moderated by the Acting Missionary-in-charge, Nigeria, Maulvi Adnan Tahir, Special Prayer session for Nigeria and Solemnization of Marriages are also major events at the gathering.

For the first time in recent years, the Ahmadiyya gathering will be witnessed by the representative of the World Leader of the Ahmadiyya Community, Mr. Rafiq Mubarak Mir Sahib, Wakeelul Maal II, from Rabwah, Pakistan.

Special Guests from government, religious organisations across the country and neighbouring country are expected.

The Amir (Head) Ahmadiyya Muslim Jama’at Nigeria will deliver a special message from the World Head of the Ahmadiyya Community from Hadhrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V.
