Jalsa Salana: Tolerance, Righteousness Key To Global Peace – Huzur

The Worldwide Head of the Ahmadiyya Muslim Community, His Holiness Hadrat Mirza Masroor Ahmad, Khalifatul Masih V, has enjoined world leaders, religious leaders among others to imbibe the spirit of tolerance and righteousness to allow peace in the world.

Huzoor stated this during the official opening ceremony of this year’s Jalsa Salana (Annual Convention) of the community at the Hadeeqatul Madih (Oakland Farm) Green Street, East Worldham, Alton, Hampshire, United Kingdom, Friday, 2nd August.

The highlight of the event is the flag hosting that indicates the official opening ceremony.

the Jalsa Salana which is the largest Muslim convention in Europe, bringing more than 35, 000 participants from more than 90 countries in the world.

During his inaugural address, Mirza Masroor Ahmad said purity and righteousness are fundamental requirements that would stop one from indulging in immoral activities.

“If a righteous person has a conviction that God is always seeing them, they would never commit a sin. Man-made laws cannot prevent someone from committing sins.”

“The similitude of God’s protection of a righteous servant is like that of a lion and its cub.”
