Pique Announces He Wants To Start Own Media Company

In a continuous battle with traditional sports press throughout Spain, Catalan centre-back Gerard Pique insisted that he is taking concrete action towards creating his own media company to not have to deal with the repurcussions of lies from other outlets.

Accused of being caught speeding, Pique denied the reports and went on a tirade of his own, lamenting a lack of integrity and honour from all the outlets -national and international- that published the information without first verifying its authenticity.

“My objective over the next few months is to create a media company that is different, honest, and authentic that belongs to the players, I’m sick of it [the lies],” the Catalan defender said on social media.
