Over 150 Participants Attends CAPDAN, GfK ICT Seminar
The seminar which was held at the association headquarters in Lagos on Thursday, 23rd March, 2017 with topic titled: Statistical Insight for Business Decision Making: Empowerment Series.
During his welcome address, CAPDAN National President, Comrade Ahmed Adeniyi Ojikutu reiterated his commitment in exposing Computer Village to the world and also to make it number one Information Communications Technology (ICT) hub in Africa “our aim is to make Computer Village number one ICT hub in Africa and also to expose it to the rest of the world”, Ojikutu said.
During his welcome address, CAPDAN National President, Comrade Ahmed Adeniyi Ojikutu repeated his dedication in presenting Computer Village to the world and furthermore to make it number one Information Communications Technology (ICT) hub in Africa “our aim is to make Computer Village number one ICT hub in Africa and furthermore to expose it to the rest of the world”, Ojikutu said.
He then prompt entrepreneurs on information gathering “all business are hazard, yet the most critical thing is for you to get thought and information of whatever business you need to do.”
Meanwhile, Guest Speaker at the event, GfK Retail Director Sub Saharan Africa, Fiorenza Spano, clarified motivation behind why PC framework will stay pertinent “regardless of what value a telephone is cost, regardless of what applications the greatest telephone on earth has, Computer framework will stay significant in view of its capacities”, Spano said.
“Cost of cell phones is sure due to increment underway, yet the truth is more telephones will come up soon.
Engr. Emeka Oguchi, MD/CEO Pointek, who gave address on Influence of Data, Information in Decision Making said decision making has process “information is source of power and influence. Don’t simply hop into business you have not thought of in light of the fact that decision making has process”, said Oguchi.
He included that “what critical most in business is being focus, you simply need to kept going.
