Obasa At Aso Rock As State Legislature, Judiciary Autonomy Implementation Committee Submits Report To Buhari

PRESENTATION OF THE INTERIM REPORT OF THE PRESIDENTIAL IMPLEMENTATION COMMITTEE ON AUTONOMY OF STATE LEGISLATURE AND JUDICIARY TO THE PRESIDENCY:

The Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly and Chairman Conference of Speakers of State Legislature Rt.Hon Mudashiru Obasa and other Members of the Presidential Implementation Committee on Autonomy of State Legislatures and State Judiciary, today, presented an interim report on Strategies and modalities for the implementation of financial Autonomy of the State Legislature and State Judiciary in accordance with section 121(3) of the constitution of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, 1999 as amended to his Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari at the Villa.

The Speaker, Lagos State House of Assembly and Chairman Conference of Speakers of State Legislature of Nigeria, Rt.Hon Mudashiru Obasa and other members of the Presidential Implementation Committee on Autonomy of State Legislatures and State Judiciary, presented their interim report to President Muhammadu Buhari at Aso Rock Villa on Tuesday.
