Lionel Messi will miss the Clasico against Real Madrid after breaking a bone in his arm that will keep him out of action for three weeks.
He injured his arm when he fell awkwardly having challenged for a ball with Sevilla’s Vazquez and went off after 15 minutes of the LaLiga Santander clash.
The Argentine, who got Barcelona’s second on the night, was writhing in pain on the ground and although it did seem that there was a chance he could return with heavy strapping put on his arm, in the end he was substituted.
