President Muhammadu Buhari has finally arrived Nigeria after 50 days medical vacation in the UK.
The aircraft that conveyed the president to Nigeria landed at the Air Force Base in Kaduna at 7.40am and was received by the Deputy Governor of the State, Barnabas Bala Bantex. He was subsequently flown to Abuja by a presidential helicopter.
His January visit to London would make it the second time in less than a year he has gone there for medical treatment.
He visited London in June 2016 for treatment to what the presidency described as a persistent inner ear infection, which caused him to pull out of several scheduled engagements. But his latest visit, however, has been dogged by the rumours of his death.
