#NigeriaDecides2019: Senator Alimikhena Returns To Senate, Defeats Momoh

The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared Senator Francis Alimikhena of the All Progressives Congress, APC, winner of the Edo North senatorial district election.

Prof Moses Osawaru, the returning officer while announcing the result, declared that Alimikhena polled 117,783 votes to beat Abubakar Momoh of the PDP, who scored 80,752 votes.
