
The Lagos State Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture, Mrs Toke Benson-Awoyinka, and the Permanent Secretary of the Ministry, Mr. Olanrewaju Bajulaiye, welcomed one of Nigeria’s worthy music ambassadors, Mr. Adekunle Kosoko, popularly known as Adekunle Gold.
The courtesy visit which took place on Wednesday, aimed to explore and establish strategic partnerships that would enhance the promotion of Lagos State’s rich and diverse cultural heritage.
The discussion centred on key issues that included collaborative initiatives specifically designed to highlight and celebrate Indigenous music genres, with an emphasis on integrating traditional sounds into modern contexts.
