Trump Says Female US Senator “Would Do Anything For” Campaign Contribution From Him

US Senator Kirsten Gillibrand has been vocal in speaking out on the issue of sexual harassment. Yesterday she demanded that Trump resign over the accusations of sexual harassment against him.

Today, Trump took the spat into the gutter. In a tweet this morning, he said, ‘Lightweight Senator Kirsten Gillibrand, a total flunky for Chuck Schumer and someone who would come to my office “begging” for campaign contributions not so long ago (and would do anything for them), is now in the ring fighting against Trump. Very disloyal to Bill & Crooked-USED!’

Gillibrand has responded calling it “a sexist smear,” adding, “I will not be silenced on this issue. Neither will the women who stood up to the president. … Their voices also will not be silenced…”

We have no doubt that President Trump will take this conversation even lower.
