Leicester improved their position in the race for the Champions League places in the Premier League with a 2-1 win over Brighton on Saturday.

After Adam Lallana’s early opener for the Seagulls, Brendan Rodgers’ side found an equaliser through Kelechi Iheanacho in the second half.

The winning goal didn’t come until three minutes from time, with Daniel Amartey heading in Marc Albrighton’s corner from close range.

Leicester now find themselves in second place in the Premier League, six points ahead of fifth place Everton but still 12 points behind leaders Manchester City.
