Transfer: Sevilla Keep An Eye On Munir

Spread the love

Munir El Haddadi’s Barcelona contract expires in the summer of 2019 and Sevilla sporting director Joaquin Caparros is keeping an eye on the striker’s situation.

Sevilla hope to keep Wissam Ben Yedder and Andre Silva at the club, but need to think about their backup striking options as Luis Muriel and Quincy Promesaren’t the kinds of players that Pablo Machin needs.

As such, Munir is an option in addition to Carlos Fernandez, the youth teamer who’ll return on loan from Deportivo La Coruna in the summer months.

Sport have reported that both Sevilla and Real Betis are interested in a January move for the 23-year-old, however those at the Estadio Sanchez Pizjuan would be more interested in acquiring him once he becomes a free agent at the end of June.
