It would be recalled that local government chairmen across the state gave their endorsement yesterday, aside others who had also thrown support behind Sanwoolu, who was regarded as anointed candidate of the APC National Leader,Bola Ahmed Tinubu.

Bada assured the party’s leaders during the meeting that she and her colleagues could be trusted on the Sanwo-olu project and they should be counted as part of the struggle.

“We have mobilized ourselves and have started spreading the gospel in our councils to ensure our APC members know the director that leaders already taken”.

It is Sanwo-olu and we would do everything within our capacity to ensure we seal the primary election winning for him on Saturday.

It is difficult for us to access Ambode since he came into office and the council chairmen have been push to the wall.

On her part, another council vice-chairman, Folashade Oba, assured that Sanwoolu should count on the support of pillar 57 describing the group as dependable, reliable and trust-worthy.

“We are dependable, we are reliable and we are trust- worthy, you always can count on us. We agree that the party is supreme, we are going to where the party is going,” he said.

Ayinde, who addressed the council  vice chairmen,  urged the association to regard the governorship aspirant as a man that stand for the entire party and not that of any group.

He cautioned that APC should not be allowed to be divided and that every members of the party need to come together for the unity of the house, saying he had embarked on political reconciliation movement, with aim to bring together warring faction.

He, however, promise that Sanwo-olu would run a government of all inclusive and be a listening leader when he gets to seat of power, come 2019.
