Send the request to the team that made the original decision on the application. Send the application to the address that was on the letter

When can’t you make a reconsideration request?

You cannot make the request if you have the option of an administrative review or right to appeal.

The decision letter will inform you of the options you have and if you are eligible for a reconsideration request.
