25-year-old South African Footballer Dies In Traffic Accident
South African football has been shocked by the traffic passing of Motjeka Madisha.
The footballer, aged just 25, died in a traffic accident. Driving in wet conditions, Madisha and one person travelling with him both lost their lives after a horrific crash, though his car was the only one involved.
“I’m still trying to find out the facts about what happened, but this is terrible news for football,” Danny Jordan, president of the South African Football Federation wrote.
Madisha’s death is the second high-profile passing in the last month in South Africa, following former Genk player Anele Ngcongca’s own car accident on November 23 took his life.
