Speaking to Sky Sports moments after Chelsea lifted the Premier League, Antonio Conte admitted changing formation to a 3-4-3 back in September was a crucial decision en route to lifting silverware.

After 22 years at Chelsea, it was always going to be tough for John Terry to keep his emotions in check. And, after thanking the players. staff, fans, Roman Abramovich and his wife, the defender tearfully said one day he will come back and that he will always love the club.

John Terry is not the only man leaving Chelsea. First-team coach Steve Holland is also saying goodbye after eight years with the club to take up his position with England. The pair hugged on what has been an emotional day at Stamford Bridge.
