Last Gasp Barkley Goal Denies Mourinho Stamford Bridge Win

Chelsea maintained their unbeaten Premier League record this season as they salvaged a late point at home to Manchester United on Saturday afternoon thanks to a 96th minute Ross Barkley strike.

Jose Mourinho reacted badly to the goal, and Chelsea staff member Marco Ianni over celebrating in front of the United bench proved too much for the Portuguese to handle sparking tempers to flare.

Antonio Rudiger gave the hosts a first half lead and it looked like the Red Devils’ poor run was to continue until Anthony Martial bagged a second half brace to put Mourinho‘s side ahead, capitalising on some poor Chelsea defencing on both occasions.

Barkley did level the scores with what was one of the game’s final kicks, pouncing on a ball that rebounded off the post and fell to his feet at close range.
